in addition to debt transactional services, we offer pre-financing and post financing services, as well assistance with developing business strategy, board education and program enrichment.
PRE-FINANCING
Before a financing begins, developing a “Capital Formation Strategy” is crucial. It is also imperative to formulate how that Captial Formation Strategy integrates with your entire enterprise and growth strategy. We help in developing your Captial Formation Strategy.
DURING FINANCING
Once you have a sound Capital Formation Strategy in place, it is important to execute that strategy efficiently through effective “Transactional Leadership.” Transaction Leadership comes from decades of experience and knowing how to effectively manage the deal team. We provide that Transactional Leadership.
POST FINANCING
Finally, because your business and the capital markets are dynamic and changing, your Capital Formation Strategy should be routinely reviewed, similar to reviewing your asset management strategy. Through “Debt Management”, we help you manage the “right side of the balance sheet” so that your debt structure is always taking advantage of changing capital markets. We provide ongoing Debt Management.
BUSINESS STRATEGY
With over thirty years of experience watching the Hospital and Senior Aging Services industries evolve with a “front seat” with innovative non-profit organizations who have navigated those market forces successfully, our acquired wisdom can be a significant resource in helping you develop an effective “Business Strategy.”
Board education
We are PASSIONATE about helping non-profit organizations remain relevant and successful. Although everyone acknowledges that effective governance is key to success, it remains a challenge for non-profit organizations. Having served on and educated non-profit boards, we provide “Board Education” services because we believe that board education is instrumental in developing effective governance.
PROGRAM ENRICHMENT
We are also PASSIONATE about what you do - your mission. This has translated into white papers on leadership, social connection, hiring and retaining good people, healthcare navigation, and developing good systems. Because we are not transactional oriented and truly act as your strategic partner, we believe we add value in helping you develop your “Value Proposition” to all constituents.
