Jack Franklin, VICE PRESIDENT

Prior to joining the municipal advising team at Pearl Creek Advisors, LLC, Jack worked as a credit underwriter and commercial relationship manager at BB&T (now Truist) for five years and as a commercial relationship manager for Atlantic Union Bank for two years. During his banking career, Jack developed a reputation for building client trust through reliability and responsiveness, creative and critical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret the complexities of financial structures in a way that is easy to understand.

At Pearl Creek, Jack’s primary role is assisting clients in the areas of monitoring debt markets, identifying debt solutions, and providing transaction assistance and leadership. As a bridge between capital markets and the customer, he is committed to serving as an advocate for his clients and to advancing their mission-driven goals with creativity, realistic problem solving, empathy and hard work.

Jack considers his most important professional accomplishments happen when he helps clients grow, knowing that their success impacts the community’s employees, residents and their families.

In his personal life, Jack is active in sports, including basketball and soccer, and even more so as a fan of the Liverpool Football Club and Carolina Basketball (UNC). He’ll also take on worthy opponents in tennis, golf and cricket. Yet when he’s not on the court or at work, he is happiest spending time with his family, and especially sharing a passion with his wife for anything to do with Lord of the Rings
